Sign-in help

Use the password reset flow if you cannot access your account or your session expired.

Invite help

Pull to refresh Invites and ask the host to confirm the recipient details.

Memory uploads

Check that you are a host, co-host, or member and that the Moment is still locked.

Account deletion

Open Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm by typing delete.

Typical response time: 1-3 business days.
